Active User Card
Central Library started the “ACTIVE USER CARD” from Nov.2019 to appraise the active user and enhance the usage of the library materials.
Eligibility: The library has started providing a Active User Card from November 2019.
Students of all the School/Departments who have maximum numbers of transactions across all documents can avail of this facility.
Borrowing Privilege: Student Are Entitled To ONE Extra Library Card
Rules
◉ At the end of every month as per Library Software Report first Top user from each School/Dept. who have used the library maximum times are identified.
◉ They are eligible for the Active User Card for the next month and validity of the card is only one month.
◉ So, along with the regular cards, users can issue one more book on this card for the next whole month.
